Wages

A flat wage. A printed overage. Nothing to decode.

Your first hire, any role, comes in three tiers by hours worked: Part-time at $149 a month with 100 minutes, Full-time at $249 with 200, Always on at $399 with 500. Each hire after it is $99 a month and adds 100 minutes to the same pool. Past the pool, your plan adds 100 minutes for a flat $49, automatically. No per-call fees, no credits, no sales call to see a number.

Monthly

Your first hire, by hours worked

Custom hire from $299 a month, minutes quoted with the job description.

The two specialist roles, the outbound SDR and the recruiting screener, are $149 a month as an additional hire and add 100 minutes. As a first hire they take any tier. The pool is shared by every hire on the brief, and spam, robocalls and hang-ups never count.

Hire two or more

Every employee you hire shares one brief and one pool of minutes. Your first hire brings the minutes of its tier; each additional hire adds 100.

Setup

No setup fee. The first-day brief is written with you on a call.

Trial and term

Every first hire starts on probation: seven days or fifty calls free, whichever comes first, with a valid card on file. After that, every hire is month to month. No contract, no setup fee. Cancel before your next billing date and nothing further is charged; the current month runs to its end.

Build your front office

Pick a tier. Tick the roles. Read the wage.

Your first hire is the tier you pick, whatever the role. Every role you tick after the first is an additional hire on the same brief, drawing on one pool of minutes. The total moves by one line as you go, and nothing you tick here is stored anywhere.

Questions

Before you sign.

What happens when I use all my minutes?
Past your minutes, your plan adds 100 minutes for a flat $49, automatically, and texts you when it does. Never a per-minute meter. You hear from us before that, at 80% and 100% of the pool. If a third block is added in one month, a person calls you, because you probably need another hire or a different plan.
Do my employees share minutes?
Every employee you hire shares one brief and one pool of minutes. Your first hire brings the minutes of its tier; each additional hire adds 100. The custom hire's minutes are quoted with its job description.
Do spam calls count against my minutes?
Spam, robocalls and hang-ups never count against your minutes.
Can I change employees or drop one?
Any time. Add a hire and it starts the same day, billed from that day for the rest of the month. Drop a hire and it works to the end of the month you already paid. Your minute pool changes on the next billing date, and any overage block already added that month is used by month end or not at all.
Do partners pay the same wages?
No. Partners buy at wholesale and set their own prices under their own brand. The partner page explains the program.
