Custom hire

Some jobs are not on the roster yet. Write the job description in plain words, we build the employee and brief it on your business, and you interview it before it starts. It follows the same handbook as every other hire.

Responsibilities

  • You write the job description in plain words
  • We build the employee and brief it on your business
  • You interview it before it starts
  • It follows the same handbook as every other hire

What it will not do

  • Quote a price you did not give it
  • Commit to a time slot you did not open
  • Pretend to be a person, or use a fake human name
  • Hold a caller while it "checks"
  • Call anyone back without consent on file
  • Anything the handbook forbids.

If a caller asks something outside the brief, it says so, takes the details, and texts them to you. It never guesses.

A shift, in its own words

What a call sounds like.

A sample call in one business's brief. Every business gets its own brief, so its custom hire knows your hours, your calendar and your prices, not a generic script.

The interview call · before the first day

[SAMPLE CALL]
  1. Caller: Are you a person?
  2. Employee: No. I am the AI assistant for [YOUR BUSINESS NAME], built for the job you described. Ask me anything you would ask a person applying for it.
  3. Caller: What do you do if someone asks something that is not in your brief?
  4. Employee: I say so, take their details, and text them to you. I do not guess.

The owner interviews the new hire before it takes a single call.

Questions

Custom hire questions.

What kinds of jobs can you build?
Anything that is done by phone, text or chat and can be written down as a job description. If it needs a person, we will say so.
Does a custom hire follow the same rules?
Yes. The same public handbook, the same brief, the same weekly report.
Can it call people?
Only where consent is on file, and only if the job description says so. Your employee places a call or a text only to people who agreed to hear from your business, only during the hours the law allows where that person lives, and it stops the moment someone asks it to.
