Will my clients know Maxxus.ai is behind it?
Only if you tell them. The greeting, the dashboard and the emails carry your name. What every employee will say, under any brand, is that it is an AI assistant.
Can I set different prices per client?
Yes. Wholesale is the same for you across clients; retail is yours to set, per client if you like.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. We do not contact your clients with offers. The partner agreement says so in writing: your pricing, your billing, your clients. If we ever part ways, each of your clients chooses whether to stay with you on another service or move to Maxxus.ai directly, and their recordings and data go where they go.
Do you also sell direct?
Yes, at the retail wages printed on the wages page. Partners buy below that.
