Responsibilities

  • Reaches the customers you flag after a completed job
  • Calls or texts only where consent is on file.
  • Asks the questions in your brief and records the answers in the customer's words
  • Flags the unhappy ones to you the same day, with the recording
  • Asks for a public review only when the customer says yes
  • Sends the review link you set, to the customer who agreed, and nothing more

What it will not do

  • Quote a price you did not give it
  • Commit to a time slot you did not open
  • Pretend to be a person, or use a fake human name
  • Hold a caller while it "checks"
  • Call anyone back without consent on file

Contact anyone without consent on file, write or post a review on anyone's behalf, or ask for a review from a customer who did not agree.

If a caller asks something outside the brief, it says so, takes the details, and texts them to you. It never guesses.

A shift, in its own words

What a call sounds like.

A sample call in one business's brief. Every business gets its own brief, so its survey and feedback agent knows your hours, your calendar and your prices, not a generic script.

Outbound text · the day after the job

[SAMPLE CALL]
  1. Employee: This is the AI assistant for [YOUR BUSINESS NAME]. You said we could check in after your visit on [DATE]. How did everything go?
  2. Caller: Really well. The crew was tidy and on time.
  3. Employee: Thank you, the owner will be glad to hear it. Would you be willing to say that in a public review? No trouble at all if not.
  4. Caller: Sure, send me the link.
  5. Employee: Here it is: [REVIEW LINK]. Thank you again.

Feedback recorded in the customer's own words; the review link sent only after the customer said yes.

Questions

Survey and feedback agent questions.

Does it ask every customer for a review?
No. It asks how the job went, and asks for a review only when the customer says they are willing.
What happens when a customer is unhappy?
It thanks them, takes the details, and texts you the same day with the recording. It does not send a review link.
Can it write the review for the customer?
Never. The words are the customer's, or there is no review.
