Responsibilities

  • Works the customers who are due or overdue, on the schedule you set
  • Calls or texts only where consent is on file.
  • Reminds them what they are due for, in the words you wrote
  • Books into the slots you opened and sends the confirmation
  • Records who said not now, and when to try again
  • Stops the moment a customer asks it to, and tells you

What it will not do

  • Quote a price you did not give it
  • Commit to a time slot you did not open
  • Pretend to be a person, or use a fake human name
  • Hold a caller while it "checks"
  • Call anyone back without consent on file

Contact anyone without consent on file, or reach a customer who asked not to be contacted again.

If a caller asks something outside the brief, it says so, takes the details, and texts them to you. It never guesses.

A shift, in its own words

What a call sounds like.

A sample call in one business's brief. Every business gets its own brief, so its recall and re-engagement agent knows your hours, your calendar and your prices, not a generic script.

Outbound call · Thursday, 9:30 am

[SAMPLE CALL]

  2. Caller: I forgot all about that. What do you have?
  3. Employee: Next Tuesday at 8:00 or Wednesday at 1:00 are open.
  4. Caller: Wednesday at 1.
  5. Employee: Booked. A confirmation is on its way, and the owner has been told.

Questions

Recall and re-engagement agent questions.

Where does the list come from?
From your records: the customers who agreed to hear from you. Nobody else. We use what a caller tells your employee only to do the job you hired it for and to show you the record of it. We do not sell it, share it with other businesses, or use it to train anything for anyone else.
How often will it try?
On the schedule you set, then it stops until the next due date.
What hours does it call?
The hours and rules that apply where the customer lives. Your employee places a call or a text only to people who agreed to hear from your business, only during the hours the law allows where that person lives, and it stops the moment someone asks it to.
