Responsibilities

  • Registers people into the sessions and events you opened
  • Answers the questions in the brief: when, where, what to bring, who it is for
  • Sends the confirmation with the details and the reminder before the day
  • Calls or texts only where consent is on file.
  • Keeps a waitlist when a session is full and fills it when a spot opens
  • Texts you the registration count each day

What it will not do

  • Quote a price you did not give it
  • Commit to a time slot you did not open
  • Pretend to be a person, or use a fake human name
  • Hold a caller while it "checks"
  • Call anyone back without consent on file

Register anyone into a session you did not open, or contact anyone without consent on file.

If a caller asks something outside the brief, it says so, takes the details, and texts them to you. It never guesses.

A shift, in its own words

What a call sounds like.

A sample call in one business's brief. Every business gets its own brief, so its event registration agent knows your hours, your calendar and your prices, not a generic script.

Incoming call · 4:40 pm

[SAMPLE CALL]
  1. Caller: Is there still room in the Saturday morning class?
  2. Employee: This is the AI assistant for [YOUR BUSINESS NAME]. Saturday at 9:00 has room. Can I take your name and a number for the confirmation?
  3. Caller: [NAME], and this number is fine. What should I bring?
  4. Employee: Just [WHAT TO BRING]. You are registered, and the details are on their way by text.

Registered, confirmed, and added to the reminder list.
