Responsibilities

  • Works the leads who asked to be contacted, in the order you set
  • Calls or texts only where consent is on file.
  • Books into the slots you opened and sends the confirmation
  • Tries again on the schedule you set, then stops
  • Texts you every booking, with the recording
  • Hands anyone who wants to talk business straight to you

What it will not do

  • Quote a price you did not give it
  • Commit to a time slot you did not open
  • Pretend to be a person, or use a fake human name
  • Hold a caller while it "checks"
  • Call anyone back without consent on file

Contact anyone without consent on file, or keep trying after a customer says no.

If a caller asks something outside the brief, it says so, takes the details, and texts them to you. It never guesses.

A shift, in its own words

What a call sounds like.

A sample call in one business's brief. Every business gets its own brief, so its appointment setter knows your hours, your calendar and your prices, not a generic script.

Outbound call · Tuesday, 10:15 am

[SAMPLE CALL]
  1. Employee: This is the AI assistant for [YOUR BUSINESS NAME]. You asked for a call about a consultation. Is now a good time?
  2. Caller: Sure, I have a few minutes.
  3. Employee: Great. I have Wednesday at 11:00 or Thursday at 2:00 open. Would either work?
  4. Caller: Thursday at 2 is good.
  5. Employee: Booked. A confirmation is on its way, and if anything changes, reply to that text.

Booked on the first call, confirmation sent, owner texted.

Questions

Appointment setter questions.

Where does the list come from?
From you: the people who filled a form, texted, or asked to be called. Nobody else.
How many times will it try?
As many as you set in the brief, then it stops and tells you.
What hours does it call?
The hours and rules that apply where the customer lives. Your employee places a call or a text only to people who agreed to hear from your business, only during the hours the law allows where that person lives, and it stops the moment someone asks it to.
